Zvon Newsletter (issue 2)

Last few weeks there was a feverish activity on Zvon. If we can survive the last day of this millenium (oh, my head) these references, utilities and software packages can be handy. In chronological order:

CSS2 Tutorial - was upgraded and is now browsable with any browser.

XSLT Tracer - traces processing of XML source(s) by XSLT stylesheet. Very nice.

ZVON links - list sites which refer to ZVON ordered by number of incoming hits. It displays only sites with some hits in last week so dead links are eliminated. If you know about a relevant portal/site where some of our materials seem suitable to list, please,add them there.

XDB: XML Database - the first prototype of IDOOX XML document repository.

Namespace Reference - If you know about some we missed, please, send us a note.

CSS 2 Reference - complete with many examples.

MathML Reference - mathematics (not only) on the web.

XSL FO Reference - Formatting part of XSL is comming. A fascinating stuff.

JavaScript&DOM Factory - visual browser for properties of JavaScript and DOM objects of your browser.

IdooXoap - the first official release of IDOOX SOAP.

SVG Reference - 2D vector graphics in XML.

XHTML Reference - a reformulation of HTML 4 as an XML 1.0 application.

"XHTML Basic" reference - a common language supported by various kinds of user agents. Basic content can be shared across desktop.
